This covers the BALAY website. The app does not use cookies, because it is not a website.
We use Google Analytics to count visits, and it sets a cookie. Nothing is loaded and nothing is stored until you agree: say no and the script is never fetched at all, so Google is never told you were here.
There is no advertising cookie, and we have turned off the advertising features of Analytics. Nobody is tracked across other sites.
The appearance toggle in the footer saves your choice so the page does not flash the wrong colours next time you visit.

It is stored by your browser on your device and is never sent to us or to anyone else. It holds nothing that identifies you.
Clear site data for this site in your browser settings, and it goes. In Safari that is Settings, then Privacy, then Manage Website Data. In Chrome it is Settings, then Privacy and security, then Third-party cookies and site data.
The site keeps working without it. It will follow your system light or dark setting instead.
If we ever add analytics, this page changes first and you get a banner that asks properly. Turning it down will be as easy as accepting.

BALAY isn't on the App Store yet. Leave your name and email and we'll tell you the day it is.
Your name and email go on our mailing list and nowhere else. We don't sell them and we don't pass them on. How we handle it.
You're on the list. Check your email for a note confirming it, and have a look in spam if it isn't there.
Change your mind whenever you like. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to delete your details by writing to the address.
Something at our end stopped it, and it wasn't anything you typed. Try again, or email the address and we'll add you by hand.
