These are free, they are open, and nothing on this site stands between you and them. They are not behind a form and never will be.
BALAY is a wellness app and is not a medical service. It doesn't diagnose, treat, or cure any condition.
Sumi is an AI companion, not a clinician. It is not a crisis service, and neither is the helper in the corner of this site, which only answers questions about how the app works.
If something you are dealing with needs professional help, please speak to your GP or specialist.
Adults. The app is written for adults and rated accordingly on the App Store, and this site is aimed at the same people.
The site has no accounts, no comments, no messaging and no user content of any kind. There is nothing here for one visitor to send to another, so the risks that come with that do not arise.
If you see something on this site that worries you, or someone using the BALAY name in a way that could put people at risk, email hello@balay.tech.

The app has its own safety measures, including the crash flow and crisis resources reachable from its first screen. Those are covered by the app's own policies.

BALAY isn't on the App Store yet. Leave your name and email and we'll tell you the day it is.
Your name and email go on our mailing list and nowhere else. We don't sell them and we don't pass them on. How we handle it.
You're on the list. Check your email for a note confirming it, and have a look in spam if it isn't there.
Change your mind whenever you like. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to delete your details by writing to the address.
Something at our end stopped it, and it wasn't anything you typed. Try again, or email the address and we'll add you by hand.
